Saint Lucian Receives Top Award In 2006 OECS Essay Competition
Basseterre, 12 January 2007 Seventeen-year old Terralie Antoine of Saint Lucia won top honours in the 2006 ECCB organized OECS essay competition. Ms Antoine, a student of the Vieux-Fort Comprehensive Secondary School, St Lucia secured the first place prize of $5,000.00 from among a field of 63 other participants.
