Informing and educating the citizens and residents of the eight ECCU member countries about the services and programmes offered by the Bank as well as related financial and economic issues are essential cornerstones of the Bank’s mission. Given the geographic spread of the islands, the Bank relies heavily on the region’s media in accomplishing this task. It is therefore important for the Bank to develop strong partnership arrangements with the region’s media houses, each of which targets specific areas of the market, and collectively facilitate communication to a widespread audience
