Regional Debt Coordinating Committee Deliberates the Future of the Regional Government Securities Market (RGSM)
Basseterre, St Kitts, 20 February 2009 The 29th meeting of the Regional Debt Coordinating Committee (RDCC) was held at the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank headquarters in St Kitts & Nevis on 12 February 2009. The meeting was chaired by Mrs Rosamund Edwards, Financial Secretary of Dominica, and was attended by Financial Secretaries from Antigua and Barbuda, Grenada, Montserrat, Saint Christopher (St Kitts) and Nevis, Saint Lucia and representatives from the ECCB.
