Embracing Financial Opportunities
Basseterre, St Kitts, 17 July 2007 Members of the public in Saint Christopher (St Kitts) and Nevis will once again have an opportunity to improve their understanding of financial matters when the ECCB in partnership with the University of the West Indies and the Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College continues its series of Savings and Investments courses on 16 August 2007. The one hundred and seventy eight participants to date have been able to arm themselves with practical knowledge on how to better manage their finances, make sound investments and increase personal wealth. Graduates of the course have been able to use the knowledge they have acquired to enter into a new world of financial opportunity. Several have refinanced their mortgages, while others have started to reduce personal debt and accumulate savings and investments. Some graduates have even cited the knowledge gained as being instrumental in their pursuit of their own business.
