ECPCGC Answers FAQ of Small Business Owners
The Chief Executive Office of The Eastern Caribbean Partial Credit Guarantee Corporation (ECPCGC), Carmen Gomez-Trigg, answers frequently asked questions about the organisation’s loan guarantee programme and shares tips on how small business owners in the ECCU can improve their application to increase their access to funding.
Speaking on this week’s episode of ECCB Connects, Carmen Gomez-Trigg points out that there are no limitations on the types of businesses that can benefit from the ECPCGC’s Loan Guarantee Programme. She also explains the full application process.
According to Gomez-Trigg, 16 financial institutions in the independent ECCB member countries are collaborating with the ECPCGC to roll out loan products to small business owners. To qualify for assistance through the ECPCGC, small business owners must ensure that their businesses are registered, that they establish a relationship with their financial institution and keep proper records.
