ECCU Debt Officers to Receive Training in Debt Recording and Management

Officers from the Ministries of Finance of the member governments in the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union (ECCU) will receive training designed to increase their competence in recording and managing debt information when they attend the Commonwealth Secretariat Debt Recording and Management System (CS-DRMS) workshop over the period 1 to 5 July. The CS-DRMS is the main computerised software used by Caribbean countries to record and monitor public debt. The one-week workshop, which will be held at the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) Headquarters in Saint Christopher (St Kitts) and Nevis, will provide capacity building to officers who have not received formal training in the use of the software or who do not have experience with debt management.
