ECCB To Host Financial Programming Policy Course
Basseterre, May 10, 2002 The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB), in collaboration with Caribbean Regional Technical Assistance Centre (CARTAC) and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Institute will host a Financial Programming and Policies Course during the period May 13 to 24, 2002 at the Maltin Moving Conference Centre, ECCB Headquarters, St Kitts. The course is geared at strengthening the analytical and technical capabilities of middle level public sector and ECCB officials involved in macroeconomic analysis and management. Topics will include Balance of Payments Accounts, Analysis and Forecasting; Trade Policy Reform; and External Debt Management. Participants are expected from the Ministries of Finance and Statistical Offices of the member territories within the Eastern Caribbean currency union.
