ECCB To Host Corporate Governance Seminar for Commercial Bank Directors
Basseterre, 31 January 2007 The role and responsibilities of board directors of financial institutions in the ECCU will be subject to close scrutiny at a seminar on corporate governance, being jointly hosted by the ECCB and the Eastern Caribbean Securities Exchange, in St Kitts on 16 February 2006.
