ECCB REWARDS OTHER 2002 OECS ESSAY WINNERS
Basseterre, November 26, 2002 Representatives of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) yesterday (25 November) presented development grants at the Washington Archibald High School in St Kitts, and the Vieux Fort Comprehensive Secondary School in St Lucia. The schools produced the three top prize winners of the ECCB sponsored 2002 OECS Essay Competition.
