The Monetary Council of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) held its 60th meeting at the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank Headquarters in St Kitts on 12 October 2007. The Honourable Victor Banks, Minister of Finance of Anguilla chaired the meeting. The Council, meeting for the first time since the passing of the late Sir John Compton, Prime Minister of Saint Lucia and long-serving Council Member, observed one minute of silence in his memory.
