The 63rd meeting of the Monetary Council of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) was held at the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) Headquarters in Saint Christopher (St Kitts) and Nevis on 24 October 2008, under the chairmanship of Dr the Honourable Errol Cort, Minister of Finance, Antigua and Barbuda. Council welcomed Dr the Honourable Timothy Harris, the Minister of Finance of Saint Christopher (St Kitts) and Nevis, who was attending his first meeting of the Council following his recent appointment to that post.
