The forty-eighth meeting of the Monetary Council held in Antigua and Barbuda on Friday, 18 July 2003, was chaired by Council member for Montserrat Hon Margaret Annie Dyer-Howe, Minister of Agriculture, Housing, Lands and Environment. Other Council members attending the meeting were: Hon Victor Banks, Minister of Finance, Anguilla; Hon Robin Yearwood, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Antigua and Barbuda; Hon Anthony Boatswain, Minister of Finance Grenada; Dr the Hon Denzil Douglas, Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Development and Planning, Saint Christopher (St Kitts) and Nevis; Dr the Hon Kenny Anthony, Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Economic Affairs and Information, St Lucia; Dr the Hon Ralph Gonsalves, Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Planning and Economic Development, Labour, Information, Grenadines and Legal Affairs, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and Mr Ambrose Sylvester, Financial Secretary, and alternate member, Dominica.
