The forty-ninth meeting of the Monetary Council took place in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines on Friday, 17 October 2003 under the Chairmanship of the Honourable Margaret Annie Dyer-Howe, Minister of Agriculture, Housing, Land and Environment, and Council member for Montserrat.
