Commonwealth Secretariat Enhancing the Region
Basseterre 16 November 2004 The Commonwealth Secretariat has announced the planned appointment of four regional debt advisors. The advisors, who will be assigned to the Caribbean, Eastern and Southern Africa, West Africa and the South Pacific, will assist the countries to implement the Commonwealth Secretariat Debt recording and Management System, CS-DRMS, and in the delivery of the requisite training. The advisors will be appointed from suitably qualified nationals from the four regions. Details are available at the Commonwealth Secretariat website at www.thecommonwealth.org.
