
Banknote Printers Offer Post-Graduate Scholarship in Economics
Basseterre, St Kitts 09 June 2004 A new scholarship is now available to students of Economics from the ECCB member countries. De La Rue Currency, the British Company that prints the Eastern Caribbean banknotes, is offering a two-year award, which will be known as the Thomas De La Rue Scholarship. It will be open to persons who are pursuing a full-time post-graduate degree programme at the M.Sc Degree level or who are in the final stage of a PhD Degree Programme, and will be tenable in the Department of Economics at the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus.
